You're a fellow hot tubber and we don't want you waiting on us, which is why we offer FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING to anywhere in the USA.

Since Amazon takes care of all our shipping logistics, most orders ship out the same day. All orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays).

Once we ship your items, we will email you the tracking number via the email address you gave us during checkout. Please contact us if you do not receive one, and we will manually resend it.

Purchasing A Gift?

Great! We DO NOT add prices paid to the packing slips or boxes. Your recipient will see zero references to any costs.     

Processing Times

99% of orders ship within one business day (excluding holidays). The rest within two business days. If there is any reason processing will take longer (credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, inventory availability, etc.), we will be sure to contact you.

USA Delivery Times

It typically takes 2-3 days for the shipping carrier to deliver orders (think Amazon Prime speeds!)
